About Chef Jerome

During my 4 years of Catering School in France, School Placement in different type of restaurant was a part of our training and this is how, in purpose of a placement in the UK, I had the wonderful opportunity to access and spend some time in one of the most popular and fantastic 3 Michelin Star Restaurant in England , The Waterside Inn of Michel Roux Senior.

After that epic first experience and with my graduation done, I decide to move to the UK and ,as a young Chef, I had the chance to learn and get trained in a well renowned Michelin Star restaurant in Wales, The Checkers Montgomery. I spend during 6 years a fantastic time with a great team and an amazing Head Chef.

I recently had the opportunity to get some experience as a Personal Chef, which has been a real revelation for me and that's how the “ Carte Blanche Catering” adventure has begun! I want to offer to people the opportunity to experience quality food from their home by giving them choice between different type of catering services.
